Join Tri Grit for the fall season for not one but THREE races with three different distances. Lots of options for all levels! We will be training for all three as a team, you can customize which race you would like to target (or all three).
The group meets Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-7pm and Sunday mornings 8:30-10/11 (depending on the workout). Homework (optional) will be given on alternate days. We also will be training on the Marin Triathlon course a few times over the season. Beginners and seasoned athletes of all levels are welcome!
Training begins Tuesday, August 21
*Registration for the races are not included in the training fee. Tri Grit receives a team discount for the team races. Code given upon receipt of payment.
Not ready for a triathlon just yet?
Join us every Thursday for run and strength training April 6-June1. All levels are welcome. You will be running, building and sweating your way to a stronger, better you. Location: Terra Linda HS track and surrounding area
