Winter and Spring 2018
Join TRI GRIT for SIX months of training (winter and spring seasons) for not one but FOUR races with four different distances. Lots of options for all levels! We will be training for all four races as a team, you can customize which race you would like to target (or all four).
Starting in January, we will be meeting on Sundays, 8:30-10am to develop a proper cardio and strength base and then will meet Tuesdays (swim) and Thursdays (run) 6-7pm and Sunday mornings 8:30-10/11 (depending on the scheduled workout). Homework (optional) will be given on alternate days. Beginners and seasoned athletes of all levels are welcome!
Training begins Sunday, January 7
*Registration for the races are not included in the training fee. TRI GRIT receives a team discount for the team races. Code given upon receipt of training payment.
Not ready for a triathlon just yet?
Join us every Thursday for run and strength training. All levels are welcome. You will be running, building and sweating your way to a stronger, better you. Location: Terra Linda HS track and surrounding area
$650 for returning TRI GRIT members (January-June training)
$700 for non -members (January-June training)
$400 for non-triathlon training (meeting once a week)
