Group Training

FALL 2017

Join Tri Grit for the fall season for not one but THREE races with three different distances. Lots of options for all levels!  We will be training for all three as a team, you can customize which race you would like to target (or all three).
The group meets Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-7pm and Sunday mornings 8:30-10/11 (depending on the workout).  Homework (optional) will be given on alternate days.  We also will be training on the Marin Triathlon course a few times over the season.   Beginners and seasoned athletes of all levels are welcome!

Training begins Tuesday, August 22

Team Races:
August 27 Oakland Triathlon
September 24 Santa Cruz Triathlon
October 28/29 Marin Triathlon

*Registration for the races are not included in the training fee.  Tri Grit receives a team discount for the team races.  Code given upon receipt of payment.

Not ready for a triathlon just yet?
Join us every Thursday for run and strength training April 6-June1.  All levels are welcome.  You will be running, building and sweating your way to a stronger, better you.  Location:  Terra Linda HS track and surrounding area

$400 for returning Tri Grit team
$450 for non -members
$200 for Thursday Runs Only


TRI GRIT Marin Triathlon Course Preview:
Join Tri Grit in learning the ins and outs of the Marin Triathlon Course (Bike and Run only).  Transitions, tricks and practice to ensure your best race.

Sunday, October 1
9 am-noon
$50 ( no fee for current members)

Remote/Individual Coaching

Don’t see a race that we are doing but that you would?  You can join Tri Grit with our Remote Coaching Program. The Tri Grit Remote Coaching Program is designed for serious individuals who are seeking valuable guidance from a seasoned, USA Triathlon Certified Coach. Noel works with you to identify your strengths and areas for improvement and then develops a customized training plan that targets your training and race goals that works around your schedule. Weekly communication and participation in group workouts is available for those interested.

Need to work on your swim stroke, bike skills or run form individually?
Personal Coaching available on an hourly basis.
